摘要
采用新型的PVDF荷负电功能(NC-PVDF)超滤(UF)膜组件,以“青草沙原水+絮凝+砂滤+NC-PVDF超滤膜”工艺进行饮用水深度处理的中试,系统表征了NC-PVDF功能超滤膜的去除效果。中试结果表明:NC-PVDF膜出水的细菌总数为0,总大肠杆菌群未检出;NC-PVDF除了具备常规UF膜的分离性能,如对进水中的硝酸盐氮、氯化物(Cl^(-))无明显去除效果外;还具有特殊的分离性能,如对进水中的浑浊度、总铝、硫酸盐(SO^(2-)_(4))、氟化物(F^(-))、总硬度(Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+))、UV254和CODMn均有一定的去除效果,且膜出水的pH下降。
It was investigated that negatively charged PVDF(NC-PVDF)functional ultrafiltration(UF)membrane module was applied to the advanced treatment of drinking water.Advanced treatment process was Qingcaosha raw water+flocculation+sand filtration+NC-PVDF UF membrane.Removal efficiency of influent of NC-PVDF was systematically studied.Results revealed that the number of total bacteria was not found in the effluent.On one hand,NC-PVDF UF membrane had none obvious removal effect on NO^(-)_(3) and Cl^(-).On the other hand,NC-PVDF possessed excellent removal efficiency on turbidity,total Aluminum,SO^(2-)_(4),F^(-),total hardness(Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)),UV_(254) and COD_(Mn),whereas,compared with influent pH value of NC-PVDF,pH value of its effluent decreases.
