高盐基度聚氯化铝对控制饮用水中铝的应用 被引量:6

摘要 通过试验,测定不同盐基度的聚氯化铝(PAC)水解后3种水解形态所占比例,分析饮用水中铝含量的影响因素。试验结果表明,Al_(a)(单体形态)所占比例与盐基度成反比,Al_(c)(聚合大分子或溶胶聚合物态)所占比例与盐基度成正比。原水pH和水温是影响出水铝的主要因素。在相同条件下,PAC盐基度越高,出水铝和浑浊度越低。在试验条件下,投加15 mg/L高盐基度(>80%)即可将出水铝稳定控制低于0.10 mg/L。水厂实践证明,当其原水pH值较稳定(8.0左右)时,在夏季选用高盐基度PAC可实现稳定控铝目标(≤0.10 mg/L),并可大幅降低药剂成本。 Proportion of three hydrolytic forms of polyaluminium chloride(PAC)with different basicity and the influence factors of aluminum in drinking water were studied in experiments.Results showed that the proportion of Al_(a)(monomer form)was inversely proportional to the basicity,and the proportion of Al_(c)(polymer macromolecule or sol polymer form)was proportional to the basicity.pH value and temperature of raw water were the main factors affecting aluminum in treated water.Under the same conditions,the higher basicity of PAC was,the lower aluminum and turbidity of treated water were.Under experiment conditions,aluminum in treated water was below 0.10 mg/L when dosed 15 mg/L of PAC(basicity>80%).Practice of water plant has proved that when pH value of raw water is relatively stable(about 8.0),the target of stable controlling aluminum(<0.10 mg/L)in treated water can be achieved by using high basicity PAC in summer,and the cost of agent can be greatly reduced.
