供应链视角下新疆果蔬农产品出口物流模式研究

Export Logistics Model of Fruits and Vegetables from the Perspective of Supply Chain

从供应链环节优化产品出口物流模式,是新时期打造好双循环经济格局及丝绸之路经济带核心区建设中提出的紧迫问题。文章在供应链视角下,通过对新疆4个典型国家级陆路口岸附近从事果蔬出口的外贸企业及物流企业的调研,提出现阶段新疆果蔬出口物流的四种模式,分别是仓储企业主导的“供应链断点式”出口物流模式、外贸企业主导的“供应链分割式”出口物流模式、外贸企业主导的“供应链跨境一站式”出口物流模式、加工企业主导的“供应链内涵式”出口物流模式,并对各种模式的形成、运行机制、存在的问题进行阐释。在此基础上,分别提出与四种模式相对应的优化措施。研究以期对同处于边境口岸的出口物流企业及外贸企业在制定降本增效措施方面提供参考。

Optimizing the product export logistics model in terms of the supply chain link has become an urgent issue in the context of building a dual-cycle economy and the construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt.From the perspective of supply chain,this paper proposes four export logistics modes after an investigation of foreign trade enterprises and logistics enterprises engaged in fruit and vegetable exports in the four typical state-level land ports in Xinjiang.The four models are"supply chain breakpoint"model for warehousing enterprises,"supply chain segmentation"model and"one-stop cross-border"model for foreign trade enterprises,and"supply chain intension"model for processing enterprises.On the basis of analyzing their formation,operation mechanism and existing problems,this paper proposes the optimization measures corresponding to the four modes in the hope of being instructive to the export logistics enterprises and foreign trade enterprises at the border ports in formulating measures on cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
