摘要
新民主主义革命时期中国共产党少数民族干部培养政策嬗变经历了初步探索期、广泛开展期、不断深化期、重大突破期四个发展阶段。该政策价值嬗变在培养质量上体现为以数量为主转向数量与质量并重,在培养途径上体现为从非专门化转向专门化,在培养规格上体现为从短期培训转向正规化培养,在培养内容上体现为从单一化转向多元化。该时期中国共产党少数民族干部培养政策对当今少数民族干部培养的启示是紧扣党的中心任务开展、坚持培养与实践相结合、良好的师资队伍是保障、注重现实性和前瞻性相结合。
During the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the training policies for ethnic minority leaders of the Communist Party of China went through four stages:preliminary exploration stage,extensive development stage,continuous deepening stage and major breakthrough stage.The evolution is reflected in the transformation from quantity oriented policies to quantity-quality oriented ones,from non specialization to specialization in the way of training,from short-term training to formal training in the training specifications,and from simplification to diversification in the content of training.These policies closely followed the central tasks of the Party,insisted on the combination of training and practice,ensured qualified teaching staff,and paid attention to the combination of reality and foresight.
