齿轮箱体是高速列车的关键性部件,也是列车加速性能及稳定性主要控制部件之一。文章针对CRH380B高速动车组齿轮箱体的加工制造进行探究,分析该齿轮箱体质量控制标准以及产品设计加工的工艺流程,并针对其制造工艺以及质量控制水平的提升提出较有针对性的优化措施,致力于提升我国高铁齿轮箱体的质量,推动高速列车更加快速平稳地运行。

Gear box is the key part of high speed train,and it is also one of the main control parts of train acceleration performance and stability.Aiming at the processing and manufacture of CRH380B high speed EMU gear box,this paper analyzes the quality control standard of the gear box and the technological process of product design and processing.Aiming at the improvement of manufacturing technology and quality control level,this paper puts forward some optimization measures to improve the quality of high-speed gear box and promote the fast and stable operation of high-speed train.
