In this paper a coupling precipitation system of magnetic powder heavy medium is introduced,including mixing tank,dosing device,sludge return system,magnetic powder recovery system and clarifier,etc,it has the advantages of high wastewater treatment load,fast sludge settling speed and clear effluent quality,the suspended matter is less than 10mg/L,the flocculant can save more than 1/3,the recovery rate of magnetic powder reaches 99%,it can effectively save the floor area,reduce the cost of sewage treatment,and has significant economic benefits.
