摘要
液压支架对电液控制系统自动化程序的单一性,导致其程序不能满足跟机自动化的需求,因此设立了一种液压支架跟机自动化系统。针对当前工作中的来回变动的环境、不断升级的设备以及不断创新的工艺等动态特性的情况,从多维度的因素下设计出跟机自动化智能化的控制系统。该系统以采煤机的牵引与方向为基本判断标准,预先设定液压支架的动作来对液压支架进行操控,使液压支架与采煤机及时推进工作的进展。
The hydraulic support is the key equipment for mechanized mining of wells and coal mines,and the hydraulic support control program can be operated with local control.However,with the development of society,the current hydraulic support's singleness of the automation program of the electro-hydraulic control system has caused its program to not meet the needs of machine follow-up automation,so a hydraulic support follow-up automation system has been established.Under the dynamic characteristics of the current working environment,constantly upgrading equipment,and constantly innovating craftsmanship,we have designed an automatic and intelligent control system for follow-up machines from multi-dimensional factors.The system takes the traction and direction of the shearer as the basic criterion to pre-set the action of the hydraulic support to control the hydraulic support,so that the hydraulic support and the shearer can advance the progress of the work in time.
