摘要
以电厂前轴承温度超温导致一次风机跳闸为例,阐述热电阻温度元件在测量时候存在的隐患,研究设备在工作时候误跳闸的问题,分析并总结出改进方法,改进控制的逻辑。强调了热电阻测量里最关键的是信号断线保护,为以后研究电阻温度保护逻辑提出了新的研究思路。
Taking the temperature overheating of the front bearing of the power plant as an example,this paper expounds the hidden trouble of the thermal resistance temperature element in the measurement,studies the problem of the equipment tripping in the working time,analyzes and summarizes the improvement method.Improve the logic of control.The key point of thermal resistance measurement is signal breakage protection,and a new research idea is put forward for the future study of resistance temperature protection logic.
