超声、磁共振检查对胎儿肺隔离症的临床应用价值分析

Clinical Application Value of Ultrasound and MRI in Fetal Pulmonary Sequestration

目的探讨超声、MRI检查对胎儿肺隔离症的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2016年3月至2019年3月收治的80例患有肺隔离症胎儿的临床资料。对比经MRI检查及超声检查对胎儿肺隔离症的诊断准确性、敏感性和特异性。结果经MRI检查对胎儿肺隔离症的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为97.50%、95.00%、98.75%,明显高于超声检查(78.75%、73.75%、76.25%,P<0.05)。结论采用MRI、超声均可有效显示胎儿肺隔离症的影像学征象,但MRI检查对胎儿肺隔离症的诊断价值更高,临床上可根据患者自身进行选择。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of ultrasound and MRI in fetal pulmonary sequestration.Methods The clinical data of 80 fetuses with pulmonary sequestration admitted to this hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnostic results of MRI and ultrasonography were observed and analyzed.The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity between MRI and ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal pulmonary sequestration were compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity,and accu ra cy of MRI examination in the diagnosis of fetal pulmona ry sequestration were 97.50%,95.00%,and 98.75%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the 78.75%.,73.75%,76.25%of ultrasound(P<0.05).Concluson MRI and ultrasound can effectively show the imaging features of fetal pulmona ry sequestration,but the value of MRI in the diagnosis of fetal pulmonary sequestration was higher.In the clinic,it can be selected according to the patient’s condition.
