坤泰胶囊联合左炔诺孕酮对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者性激素水平及排卵率的影响

Effects of Kuntai Capsule Combined with Levonorgestrel on Sex Hormone Levels and Ovulation Rate in Perimenopause Syndrome Patients with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的:探究坤泰胶囊联合左炔诺孕酮口服制剂对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者性激素水平及排卵率的影响。方法:回顾性收集2018年1月至2019年12月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的163例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案的不同分组,分为观察组(84例)和对照组(79例);对照组给予左炔诺孕酮口服制剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合坤泰胶囊治疗,比较两组血红蛋白水平、经期天数、出血停止时间、性激素水平、排卵率和不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗后血红蛋白水平高于对照组,经期天数、出血停止时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇水平较对照组低;排卵率(75.00%)较对照组(49.37%)高;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊联合左炔诺孕酮口服制剂治疗可调节围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者性激素水平,缩短经期天数和出血停止时间,提高血红蛋白水平和排卵率,减少不良反应发生。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with levonorgestrel oral preparation on sex hormone levels and ovulation rate in perimenopause syndrome patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:The clinical data of 163 perimenopause syndrome patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided by the treatment regimens,into an observation group(84 cases)and a control group(79 cases);the control group was treated with levonorgestrel oral preparation,based on this,the observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule.The hemoglobin level,menstrual days,stop time of bleeding,sex hormone levels,ovulation rate and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the hemoglobin level of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the menstrual days and stop time of bleeding of observation group were lower compared with those of control group,there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol in observation group were lower compared with those in control group;the ovulation rate of observation group(75.00%)was higher compared with that of control group(49.37%);there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kuntai capsule combined with levonorgestrel oral preparation in treatment of perimenopause syndrome patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding can regulate sex hormone levels,shorten menstrual days and stop time of bleeding,increase hemoglobin level and ovulation rate,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
