戊酸雌二醇联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗产后阴道炎107例疗效及血清炎性因子水平分析

Efficacy of Estradiol Valerate Combined with Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsule in the Treatment of 107 Cases of Postpartum Vaginitis and Analysis of Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的:分析戊酸雌二醇联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊在产后阴道炎患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年3月焦作市第二人民医院收治的213例产后阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(106例)接受乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,观察组(107例)予以戊酸雌二醇联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,比较两组疗效、6个月内复发率、治疗前后血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平与阴道健康状态(阴道健康评分与阴道炎症评分)。结果:观察组总有效率92.52%高于对照组76.42%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组阴道健康评分高于对照组,阴道炎症评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组6个月内复发率2.06%低于对照组12.82%(P<0.05)。结论:戊酸雌二醇联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗产后阴道炎,可减轻患者炎症反应,提高阴道健康状态,降低复发率,提高总有效率。

Objective:To analyze the application value of estradiol valerate combined with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in patients with postpartum vaginitis.Methods:213 patients with postpartum vaginitis in Jiaozuo Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(106 cases)was treated with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule,and observation group(107 cases)was treated with estradiol valerate combined with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule.The curative effect,recurrence rate within 6 months,serum inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and vaginal health status(vaginal health score and vaginitis score)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.52%,which was higher than 76.42%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the vaginal health score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the vaginitis score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group within 6 months was 2.06%,which was lower than that of the control group 12.82%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Estradiol acetate combined with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of postpartum vaginitis can reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the vaginal health,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the total effective rate.
