摘要
雷公藤甲素是从卫矛科植物雷公藤提取到的环氧二萜内酯类化合物,是雷公藤的主要活性成分之一,具有抗炎、免疫调节和抗肿瘤等作用,亦是雷公藤的主要毒性成分,对消化系统、泌尿系统、生殖系统、循环系统和免疫系统等具有明显的毒性,极大地限制了其开发利用。国内外学者试图通过结构改造、开发新型载药系统、联合用药等手段降低雷公藤甲素的毒副作用。本文总结雷公藤甲素毒副作用及机制的研究进展,为其减毒和开发提供参考。
Triptolide,an epoxy diterpenoid lactone,is one of the main active components of Tripterygium wilfordii,and has anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory and anti-tumor effects.On the other hand,as the main toxic component of Tripterygium wilfordii,triptolide has multiple toxic effects on digestive system,urinary system,reproductive system,circulatory system and immune system,which greatly limit its development and utilization.Domestic and foreign researchers try to reduce the toxicity and side effects of triptolide by means of structural modification,drug delivery system development,and combination of drugs.This paper summarizes the research progress of toxicity and side effects and mechanism of triptolide,and provides clue for its detoxification and development.
