摘要 目的比较不同干燥方法对鲜三七中皂苷类成分的影响,为三七产地加工干燥方法的选择提供依据。方法选取鲜三七主根,随机分组,分别采用晒干、冷冻干燥、真空干燥(40℃)、烘干(45℃、75℃),共4种方法进行干燥,采用HPLC法以人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)和三七皂苷R_(1)的含量为指标,比较晒干与其他3种干燥方法的差异。结果4种干燥方法的干燥效率有明显差异,冷冻干燥需要2天,而晒干需要10天。不同干燥方法所得三七药材中皂苷类成分均无明显差异。结论三七中皂苷类成分较稳定,受不同干燥方法的影响不大,传统晒干法成本低,但耗时长,且受天气影响大,从提高干燥效率、保证药材质量稳定性考虑,烘干法和冷冻干燥法均可作为鲜三七的现代干燥方法。 OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of different drying methods on the saponins in fresh Panax notoginseng.In order to provide the basis for the selection of processing and drying methods in the production area of Panax notoginseng.METHODS Fresh Panax notoginseng roots were selected and randomly divided into groups.Then four drying methods were used including:sun drying,freeze drying,vacuum drying(40℃),hot air circulation drying(45℃,75℃).The contents of Ginsenoside Rg_(1),Ginsenoside Rb_(1) and Notoginsenoside R_(1) were determined by HPLC,to compare the difference between sun drying and other three drying methods.RESULTS The drying efficiency of the four drying methods was obviously different.Freeze drying took 2 days,while sun drying took_(1)0 days.There was no significant difference in saponins of Panax notoginseng from different drying methods.CONCLUSION The saponins in Panax notoginseng are relatively stable and not affected by different drying methods.The traditional drying method has low cost,but takes a long time,and is greatly affected by the weather.In order to improve the drying efficiency and ensure the stability of the quality of medicinal materials,both the drying method and the freeze-drying method can be used as modern drying methods of fresh Panax notoginseng.
