摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定鱼腥草注射液中18种元素(Mg、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Ga、As、Se、Rb、Sr、Cd、Sn、Sb、Cs、Hg、Pb)。方法样品经微波消解后,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定18种元素,根据待测元素的质量数选择相应元素作为内标,采用碰撞模式(氦模式)进行测定。结论18种元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9990,各元素的检出限在0.06~9.34ng·mL^(-1)间,回收率在72.3%~113.4%(n=9)。结论本法方便快捷、准确、重现性好,以ICP-MS技术为鱼腥草注射液安全性指标提供数据参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of 18 elements(Mg,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Ga,As,Se,Rb,Sr,Cd,Sn,Sb,Cs,Hg,Pb)in YuXingCao injection.METHODS Samples were digested with microwave digestion system,18 elements were determined by ICP-MS.CONCLUSION The linear relationships of 18 elements were good,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9990,the detection limit of each element was 0.06-9.34 ng·mL^(-1),and the recovery rate was 72.3%-113.4%(n=9).CONCLUSION This method is convenient,accurate and reproducible.ICP-MS technology can provide data reference for the safety index of Yuxingcao injection.
