摘要
目的研究小儿柴桂退热颗粒的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对小儿柴桂退热颗粒中柴胡、桂枝进行定性鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱法对葛根素进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱分离清晰,阴性无干扰。葛根素在0.00842~4.21μg范围内线性良好,R=1.0000,平均回收率为99.30%,RSD=0.54%(n=9)。结论本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,更好地对小儿柴桂退热颗粒进行了质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for XiaoEr ChaiGui TuiRe Granules.METHODS Bupleuri Radix and Cinnamomi Ramulus were identified by TLC and Puerarin was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The TLC sports developed were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference.Puerarin was linear in the range of 0.00842-4.21μg,R=1.0000,the average recovery was 99.30%,RSD=0.54%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is selective,sensitive and reproductive,so it can be used for quality of XiaoEr ChaiGui TuiRe Granules better.
