静脉用药集中调配中心的智能自动化改造及应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)智能自动化改造及应用效果。方法介绍我院PIVAS智能自动化改造情况,收集我院PIVAS智能自动化改造前(2019年7~8月)、后(2019年11-12)各项数据,对比相关工作环节用时和差错率,评价应用效果。结果经过智能自动化改造后,我院PIVAS的工作效率增强,差错率降低。其中,智能摆药系统使每日摆药时间由(2.145±0.39)h下降至(1.525±0.21)h,摆药差错由(2.15±1.69)‰下降至(0.30±0.73)‰;智能贴签系统使每日贴签时间由(1.56±0.18)h下降至(1.12±0.16)h,贴签差错由(2.75±1.16)%下降至(0.10±0.31)‰;智能分拣系统使每日成品输液分拣时间由(2.57±0.20)h下降至(1.30±0.26)h,分拣差错由(1.20±0.83)‰下降至(0.40±0.50)‰。结论我院PIVAS智能自动化改造后工作效率提高、所需工作人员减少,工作差错减少,保障了临床用药的安全性,为优化PIVAS的质量管理和控制做出参考。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the intelligent automatic transformation and application effect of PIVAS.METHODS Introduce the situation of PIVAS intelligent automation in our hospital,collect all data before(July-August 2019)and after(November-December,2019)in our hospital′s PIVAS intelligent automation,compare the time and error rate of related work links,and evaluate the application effect.RESULTS After intelligent automation transformation,the work efficiency of PIVAS in our hospital was enhanced,and the error rate was reduced.Among them,the intelligent medicine placing system reduced the daily medicine placing time from(2.145±0.39)h to(1.525±0.21)h,and the medicine placing error rate decreased from(2.15±1.69)‰to(0.30±0.73)‰.The intelligent labeling system reduced the daily labeling time from(1.56±0.18)h to(1.12±0.16)h,and the labeling error rate decreased from(2.75±1.16)‰to(0.10±0.31)‰,The intelligent sorting system reduces the daily finished product infusion sorting time from(2.57±0.20)h to(1.30±0.26)h,and the sorting error rate decreased from(1.20±0.83)‰to(0.40±0.50)‰.CONCLUSION After the intelligent automation transformation of PIVAS in our hospital,the work efficiency is improved,the required staff is reduced,and the work errors are reduced,which ensures the safety of clinical medications and makes reference for optimizing the quality management and control of PIVAS.
