摘要
目的研究巴戟天Morinda officinalis How.的化学成分。方法巴戟天甲醇提取物采用MCI-GEL、RP-C_(18)、Sephadex LH-20、硅胶柱和重结晶进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为α-D-fructofuranose-β-D-fructofuranose-1,2′∶2,6′-dianhydride(1)、蔗糖(2)、蔗果三糖(3)、耐斯糖(4)、1F-果呋喃糖基耐斯糖(5)、水晶兰苷(6)、京尼平苷酸(7)、6-O-表-乙酰基鸡屎藤次苷(8)、光泽汀-3-O-β-D-樱草糖苷(9)、虎刺醇-3-O-β-D-樱草糖苷(10)。结论化合物1、8~10为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Morinda officinalis How..METHODS The methanol extract from M.officinalis was isolated and purified by MCI-GEL,RP-C_(18),Sephadex LH-20,silica column and recrystallization,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified asα-D-fructofuranose-β-D-fructofuranose-1,2′∶2,6′-dianhydride(1),sucrose(2),1-kestose(3),nystose(4),1F-fructofuranosyl nystose(5),monotropein(6),geniposidic acid(7),6-O-epi-acetylscandoside(8),lucidin 3-O-β-D-primeveroside(9),damnacanthol-3-O-β-D-primeveroside(10).CONCLUSION Compounds 1,8-10 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compound 1 is isolated from genus Morinda for the first time.
