High temperature rheological properties of DIBCH plasticizer modified asphalt

摘要 以环己烷二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBCH增塑剂)作为沥青改性剂,制备不同掺量的DIBCH增塑剂改性沥青,利用动态剪切流变仪及通过频率扫描实验、温度扫描实验及多应力重复蠕变恢复实验,研究DIBCH改性沥青的高温流变特性。结果表明,DIBCH增塑剂掺入后,沥青中黏性成分占比增多,沥青的高温抗车辙能力降低,但PG等级不发生改变,改性前后沥青的高温等级均为PG58;DIBCH增塑剂对沥青的温度敏感性有一定改善效果;相较于基质沥青,DIBCH改性沥青的高温抗变形能力和蠕变恢复能力较弱。 The plasticizer,diisobutyl cyclohexanediate(DIBCH plasticizer)was selected as the asphalt modifier to prepare the modified asphalt with different dosage of DIBCH plasticizer.The dynamic shear rheometer was used to study the high temperature rheological properties of DIBCH modified asphalt through frequency scanning test,temperature scanning test and multi-stress repeated creep recovery test.The results show that:After the addition of DIBCH plasticizer,the proportion of viscous components in the asphalt increases,and the high-temperature rutting resistance of the asphalt decreases,but the PG grade does not change.The high-temperature grade of the asphalt before and after modification are both PG58;DIBCH plasticizer can improve the temperature sensitivity of asphalt to some extent;Comparing with matrix asphalt,DIBCH modified asphalt has weaker high temperature deformation resistance and creep recovery ability.
