摘要
以丙烯酸盐和环氧树脂为原料,采用互穿聚合物网络技术,制备了水性丙烯酸盐-环氧树脂互穿网络固沙材料。通过固沙材料固结后的沙柱在-40~90℃下未出现裂纹或崩解,且沙柱抗压强度高至15.62 MPa;水蚀循环12次后质量残留率仍能保持在92%以上,沙堆表面无任何水蚀破坏迹象。固结层宏观和微观形貌分析表明:喷洒了固沙材料的沙堆在外表面明显形成一定厚度的硬壳,固结后的沙土颗粒有序紧密交联黏结在一起,呈现出胶黏的状态,沙粒间不仅密集联结甚至重叠,表面结构高度紧凑。
The sand fixing material of acrylate-epoxy resin interpenetrating network was prepared by using acrylate and epoxy resin as raw materials and interpenetrating polymer network technology.The sand column consolidated by sand fixing materials did not crack or disintegrate under-40~90℃,and the compressive strength of the sand column was up to 15.62 MPa;the mass residual rate can still be kept above 92%after 12 water erosion cycles,and there are no signs of water erosion on the surface of sand pile.The analysis of the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the consolidated layer showed that the sand pile sprayed with the sand-fixing material forms a hard shell of a certain thickness on the outer surface,and the consolidated sand particles are closely cross-linked and bonded together,showing a state of gluing.The sand grains are not only closely connected or even overlapped,but also have a compact surface structure.
