萃取法处理含酚废水的工艺 被引量:9

摘要 以甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)为萃取剂,研究了3种含酚废水的萃取工艺,考察了萃取级数﹑萃取相比﹑萃取温度对萃取率的影响。结果表明,随萃取级数增大,3种含酚废水的萃取率均先迅速上升后基本保持恒定,萃取级数到5级时萃取率已基本稳定;随着萃取相比的减小,3种含酚废水的萃取率均在下降;随温度上升,3种含酚废水的萃取率基本呈下降趋势,温度对苯酚废水的萃取率影响不大,但对间苯二酚废水﹑苯酚-间苯二酚废水萃取率的影响较大。对于苯酚废水的最优萃取工艺条件为:萃取级数为6级,萃取相比为1∶3,萃取温度为40℃;对于间苯二酚废水的最优萃取工艺条件为:萃取级数为4级,萃取相比为1∶4,萃取温度为30℃。 The extraction process of three kinds of wastewater containing phenols were developed,using iso-butyl methyl ketone(MIBK)as the extraction agent.The effect of extraction series,phase ratio,and extraction temperature on the extraction efficiency were investigated.The result showed that the extraction efficiency of three kinds of wastewater containing phenols increase sharply firstly,and then maintain basically stability with extraction series.The extraction efficiency keep basically stability when the extraction series reach five.The extraction efficiency of three kinds of wastewater containing phenols decrease with the phase ratio.The extraction efficiency of three kinds of wastewater containing phenols decrease with the extraction temperature.The extraction temperature is not important for extraction of wastewater containing phenol,but it is important for extraction of wastewater containing m-dihydroxybenzene or phenol and m-dihydroxybenzene.The optimum extraction process of wastewater containing phenol is that∶extraction series are 6,phase ratio is 1∶3,extraction temperature is 40℃.The optimum extraction process of wastewater containingm-dihydroxybenzene is that∶extraction series are 4,phase ratio is 1∶4,extraction temperature is 30℃.
