酸浸爆破杨木预处理抑制剂对生物乙醇酶解发酵的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将杨木屑和2%稀磷酸按固液比1∶2.5(质量比)混匀浸渍,采用蒸汽爆破机,将预浸渍杨木屑在爆破压力2 MPa,保压时间180 s的条件下进行蒸汽爆破预处理,测定爆破液中糠醛、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)、对苯二酚、间苯二酚等抑制剂的含量;对微晶纤维素在添抑制剂后进行酶解,结果表明,抑制剂中对苯二酚、间苯二酚、5-羟甲基糠醛、糠醛对纤维素降解率的影响逐渐降低;对纯葡萄糖溶液添加抑制剂后进行发酵,在单一种类的发酵抑制剂存在下,发酵液中葡萄糖转化率分别是96.23%(糠醛),96.54%(5-羟甲基糠醛),95.72%(对苯二酚)和95.68%(间苯二酚)。 Poplar wood chips and 2%dilute phosphoric acid(mass ratio)were mixed and impregnated at a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶2.5.Using a steam blaster,the pre-impregnated poplar wood chips were blasted at a pressure of 2 MPa and a holding time of 180 s steam blasting pretreatment to determine the content of furfural,5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF),hydroquinone,resorcinol in the blasting liquid;inhibitors produced by microcrystalline cellulose after enzymatic hydrolysis.The results showed that among the inhibitors,hydroquinone,resorcinol,5-hydroxymethylfurfural,and furfural gradually reduced the effect of cellulose degradation rate;for pure glucose solution fermentation is carried out after adding inhibitors.In the presence of a single type of fermentation inhibitor,the glucose conversion rates in the fermentation broth are 96.23%(furfural),96.54%(5-hydroxymethylfurfural),and 95.72%(hydroquinone).And 95.68%(resorcinol).
