摘要
IMO推出最小推进功率计算导则,以防止在减小EEDI指数过程中无限降低主机功率,保障船舶在恶劣海况下的航行安全.论文介绍了最小推进功率计算的流程,特别是计算航速和风浪环境条件的确定,重点研究其中波浪增阻的计算.基于RANS方法构建数值波浪水池对船舶在波浪中的运动进行模拟,可得到稳定、高质量的波浪场和稳定的船体运动响应.预报了一艘超大型矿砂船和一艘Capesize型散货船最小推进功率计算中的波浪增阻,与国内外水池试验结果相比吻合良好,可满足工程应用的需要.
The minimum propulsion power is introduced by the International Maritime Organization to prevent unlimited reduction of the main engine power in the process of reducing EEDI index. In the paper, the calculation method of minimum propulsion power, and the added resistance in waves based on RANS is introduced respectively. Results of experimental model test of a bulk carrier and a VLOC are presented for validation of the numerical method. The comparative results indicate that the present RANS method is effective in the calculation of the added resistance.
