工匠培育对农民工迁移决策的影响和作用机制研究

The Impact and Mechanism of Craftsman Cultivation on the Migrant Workers'Choices of Migration Types

提升农民工专业技能与培育工匠精神是实现新型城镇化的重要路径。研究利用2133份农民工调查数据,探索工匠培育方式对其迁移决策的影响。结果显示:内部培育方式使农民工更大概率做出回流的决策,而外部培育方式则促使农民工选择永久迁移;工匠能力的获得增加了农民工选择回流的可能,工匠精神的培育则显著提升了农民工选择循环迁移和永久迁移的概率;工匠能力和工匠精神的部分中介效应显著。在实证结论基础上,进一步提出完善农民工工匠培育方式、推进城镇化建设的相关政策建议。

Improving the skills and craftsman's spirit of migrant workers is an important path to realize new urbanization.The study uses 2133 survey data of migrant workers to explore the influence of craftsman cultivation methods on their choices of migration types.The results show that the internal cultivation method makes the migrant workers have greater probability to make the decision of returning,while the external cultivation method encourages the migrant workers to choose permanent migration with greater probability;the acquisition of the craftsman's ability increases the possibility of the migrant workers'choice of returning,and the cultivation of the craftsman's spirit significantly improves the probability of migrant workers choosing cyclical migration and permanent migration;part of the mediating effect of craftsman ability and craftsman's spirit is significant.On the basis of the empirical conclusions,this paper further proposes relevant policy recommendations for improving the cultivation methods of migrant workers and promoting urbanization.
