历史制度主义视角下我国企业民主管理制度变迁研究

The Change of Enterprise Democratic Management System in China:A Perspective of Historical Institutionalism

企业民主管理在中国的发展历程也是我国企业民主管理制度变迁的历史。从历史观和结构观两个维度,回溯我国企业民主管理制度在各个阶段的发展状况和影响变迁的“关键节点”,将我国企业民主管理形成和发展过程分成“五个阶段”,并以之为基础探究我国企业民主管理制度的变迁与外部环境和内外动力机制之间的互动关系。从历史制度主义视角分析,我国企业民主管理制度的变迁受到不同阶段经济和政治体制变革等深层结构因素的影响,是工会实现自身价值的需要、职工维护自身合法权益与实现自我提升的需要,是中国共产党在不同历史时期对民主管理提出的要求、完善中国特色社会主义制度的客观需求和民主管理法治化建设的客观需要。

The development course of enterprise democratic management in China is also the history of democratic management system change in China.This paper retrospect the development situation of the democratic management of our country at different stages and the key nodes that affected the changes from the historical and structural dimensions.Based on the"five stages"of the formation and development of corporate democratic management in China,we find that the change of corporate democratic management system in China has an interactive relationship with the external environment and internal and external dynamic mechanism.From the perspective of historical institutionalism,the change of enterprise democratic management system is deeply affected by the political system and economic system of different countries in different periods,which is the requirement of the trade union to realize its own value,the requirement of workers to safeguard their legitimate rights and to realize self-enhancement,the democratic management requirements proposed by the Party at different historical periods and the objective requirements to perfect the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the legal construction of democratic management.
