大学生劳动教育培养的价值意蕴与实践路径——以新疆兵团大学生劳动教育为例

Value Implication and Practice Path of Labor Education Training of College Students——Take the Labor Education of College Students of XPCC as an Example

劳动教育是马克思主义劳动观的题中本有之义,是德智体美劳国民教育目标的重要组成部分,也是高校立德树人教育根本任务的重要实践载体。兵团劳动教育的本质在学理价值上是培育兵团大学生劳动教育价值观,在实践价值上是“维稳戍边”,其价值产物是兵团精神。兵团精神是在伟大劳动实践中孕育的红色文化,新时代建设祖国边疆,需要发挥劳动教育功能,开展“教育戍边”行动,塑造新时代“戍边人”,以劳树德、以劳增智、以劳强体、以劳育美,在劳动教育中赓续热爱祖国情怀、弘扬无私奉献精神、坚守艰苦创业品质、彰显开拓进取担当。推进劳动教育融入兵团高校大学生培养,需要贯穿大学生人才培养全过程,发挥大学生主体劳动教育创造力,形成学校、家庭、社会协同劳动育人合力。

Labor education is the original meaning of Marxist labor concept,an important part of the national education goal of moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic work,and an important practical carrier of the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities.The essence of labor education of XPCC is theoretically to cultivate the labor education values of college students of XPCC;in practice value,to stabilize and defend the border,which produces the spirit of XPCC as the value product.The spirit of XPCC is a red culture bred in great labor practice.In the new era,to build the border areas of the motherland,we need to give full play to the functions of labor education,carry out the action of"educating and defending the border",shape the"frontier guard"in the new era,and continue to carry out loving the motherland feelings in labor education by developing virtue through labor education,developing wisdom through labor education,strengthening the body through labor education and nurturing beauty through labor education;promote selfless dedication,stick to the quality of hard work and entrepreneurship in labor education,show the responsibility of pioneering and enterprising.To promote the integration of labor education into college students training of XPCC,it is necessary to run through the whole process of talent training,to give full play to the labor education creativity of college students as the main body,to form a cooperative labor education joint force among schools,families and society.
