摘要
提出了一种高精低噪声氧量检测系统设计,利用氧化锆传感器测量氧量,结合差分微弱信号调理设计、模糊-PID复合算法实现恒温控制和传感器温度误差补偿,实现锆池电动势标准差0.01mV以内,氧量测量精度0.5%FS以内,测量范围0-25%,温度控制精度±1℃,内阻测量精度优于0.05%,量程10KΩ。
This study designs a high precision and low noise oxygen detection system,using zirconia oxygen sensor and combining with difference weak signal conditioning design and complex fuzzy-PID algorithm to realize the temperature control and temperature sensor error compensation,it also realizes zirconium pool emf standard deviation less than 0.01 mV,oxygen measurement accuracy within 0.5%FS,measurement range 0-25%,plus or minus 1℃,the temperature control precision internal resistance measurement precision is better than 0.05%,10 kΩrange.
