高校图书馆校友服务创新实践研究——以中南林业科技大学“阅读证书”活动为例

The Practice of Alumni Service Innovation in University Libraries:a Case Study of the“Reading Certificate”Activity of Central South University of Forestry and Technology

文章在调查分析国内外高校图书馆校友服务现状的基础上,从服务创新的角度考察校友服务实践案例,按照活动前SWOT分析、活动中方案设计、活动后效果评价等步骤,对中南林业科技大学图书馆"阅读证书"活动案例进行全方位调研分析并提出建议,以期为高校图书馆开展校友服务提供理论和实践参考。

Based on the investigation and analysis of the status quo of alumni services in university libraries at home and abroad,the paper investigates the alumni service practice cases from the perspective of service innovation.According to the SWOT analysis before the activity,the scheme design in the activity and the effect evaluation after the activity,the paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the case of“reading certificate”activity in the library of Central South University of Forestry and Technology,and puts forward some suggestions,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for university libraries to carry out alumni services.
