公共图书馆用户健康信息获取意愿影响因素研究

On Influencing Factors of Users’Willingness to Obtain Health Information from Public Libraries

文章基于计划行为理论,参考健康信息质量感知与健康素养,构建了公共图书馆用户健康信息搜索意愿模型,并通过问卷调查对所提出的模型进行验证。研究结果表明,主观规范和知觉行为控制是影响公共图书馆用户健康信息获取意愿的主要影响因素。因此,公共图书馆应做好社区宣传,向用户介绍公共图书馆所提供的健康信息资源和服务,拓展与相关机构的合作,创新健康信息服务的形式与内容,积极参与到健康中国战略中来。

Based on the theory of planned behavior,referring to the health information quality perception and health literacy,the paper constructs a model of users’willingness to search for health information of public libraries,and verifies the proposed model through questionnaire survey data.The results show that subjective norms and perceptual behavior control are the main influencing factors that affect the users’willingness to obtain health information of public libraries.Therefore,public libraries should do a good job in community publicity,introduce the health information resources and services provided by public libraries to users,expand cooperation with relevant institutions,innovate the forms and content of health information services,and actively participate in the the strategy of healthy China.
