《民国时期连环图画总目》是国家图书馆民国连环画保护工作的一项重要成果,该书目共收录13,383种民国连环画,是现阶段收录民国连环画数量最多的一部回溯性专题目录。文章在目录学视角下,从收录范围、编纂体例与检索系统等方面对该书目进行解读,分析该书目初版存在的缺憾之处,并给出相应的对策与建议,以期该书目再版时能取得更好的编纂效果。

The General Bibliography of Picture-story Books Published in the Republic of China is an important achievement of National Library's protection of Picture-story Books Published in the Republic of China.This bibliography contains 13,383 kinds of picture-story books published in the Republic of China,which is a retrospective catalogue with the largest number of picture-story books published in the Republic of China at present,and an important tool for mastering and retrieving picture-story books published in the Republic of China.From the perspective of bibliography,the paper interprets The General Bibliography of Picture-story Books Published in the Republic of China from the aspects of collection scope,compilation style and retrieval system,analyzes the shortcomings of the first edition,and gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to achieve better editing effect for its republication.
