不同温升下受轴向载荷的球轴承内部接触热阻计算方法 被引量:2

Internal Contact Thermal Resistance Calculation Method of Ball Bearings Subjected to Axial Load at Different Temperatures Rise

摘要 针对角接触球轴承的滚动体与内、外圈之间的不完全接触而引起的接触热阻,以赫兹接触理论为依据,结合宏观接触区域热阻的计算方法,提出了不同温升下滚动体与内、外滚道之间接触热阻的理论计算方法。分析了不同温升对轴承接触角、滚动体所受法向载荷、接触区域的长半轴和短半轴、接触面积以及内部接触热阻的影响。结果表明:在同一轴向载荷作用下的角接触球轴承,随着工作温度的升高,接触角减小,滚动体所受法向载荷增加,接触区域的长半轴和短半轴均变大,接触面积增大,轴承滚动体与内圈和外圈的接触热阻均变小,轴承内部总接触热阻也变小。并且通过试验验证了该方法的有效性。 In view of the contact thermal resistance caused by the incomplete contact between the ball bearing rolling element and the inner and outer raceways,based on the Hertz contact theory,combined with the calculation method of the thermal resistance of the macro contact area,the theoretical calculation method of contact thermal resistance between rolling elements,inner and outer races at different temperatures is proposed.The effects of different temperatures on the contact angle,the normal load of the rolling element,the long semi-axis and the short semi-axis and the contact area of the contact region,and the internal thermal resistance of the bearing are analyzed.The results show that as the working temperature increases,the contact angle decreases,the normal load of the rolling element increases,and the long semi-axis and the short semi-axis of the contact area become larger,the contact area is increased,the contact thermal resistance between the bearing rolling element and the inner ring and the outer ring becomes smaller,and the total contact thermal resistance inside the bearing also becomes smaller,under the same axial load.The effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments.
