摘要
汽车PVC涂胶作为汽车密封与防腐的重要工序之一,其对汽车的舒适性、安全性以及耐蚀性有重要影响。汽车PVC涂胶喷涂的质量会影响车身总装件的安装,从而对汽车的使用性能产生影响。基于机器视觉系统理论并结合实际生产需求,利用视觉系统相机、光源、光学镜头以及图像特征提取等方法研究汽车轮罩PVC涂胶机器视觉系统检测技术。针对检测数据进行对比分析,所得结果准确可靠。研究结果表明,该检测技术对汽车轮罩PVC涂胶检测均能达到99%以上准确率。
As one of the important processes of automotive sealing and anti-corrosion,PVC coating has an important impact on the comfort,safety and corrosion resistance of automobiles.The quality of PVC spraying on automobile will affect the installation of automobile body assembly,which will affect the performance of automobile.Based on the theory of machine vision system and the actual production demand,the detection technology of machine vision system for PVC coating on automobile wheel cover was studied by using the methods of vision system camera,light source,optical lens and image feature extraction.According to the comparison and analysis of the test data,the results are accurate and reliable.The results show that the detection technology can achieve more than 99% accuracy in the detection of PVC coating on automobile wheel cover.
