摘要 为了提高装载机整车结构的可靠性与稳定性,设计了一套具有蓄能器、电磁换向阀、可调节流阀的液压行驶稳定系统,建立了简化的整车动力学模型,分析了蓄能器的容积和预充压力对油缸刚度的影响,研究了不同车速、不同载荷等参数下整车结构的刚度变化规律。仿真结果表明加入行驶稳定系统之后,满载和空载工况下垂直方向车架的振动加速度得到了明显的降低。实验结果表明,蓄能器能够较好的跟随液压系统完成工作任务,起到了较好的减震效果。经过正交实验得到了蓄能的性能参数MAP图,为控制策略设计提供了数据参考。 In order to improve the loading vehicle reliability and stability of the structure,design a set of adjustable with accumulator,electromagnetic directional valve,throttle valve hydraulic driving stability of the system.The establishment of a simplified vehicle dynamic model,analyzed the volume of the accumulator and its filling pressure of hydraulic cylinder stiffness.The influence of different speed and load is studied under the parameters such as vehicle structure stiffness change rule.The simulation results show that the vibration acceleration of the vertical frame under full load and no load condition is obviously reduced after adding the driving stability system.The experimental results show that the accumulator can follow the hydraulic system to complete the task,and has a good effect of damping.The map of energy storage performance parameters is obtained through orthogonal experiment,which provides a reference for the design of control strategy.
