摘要 以高档烟酒和奢侈品为代表的高端包装行业自动化水平较高,但包装机器价格昂贵,使用和维护成本高,使得众多中小微型企业难以负担。现阶段中小服装企业包装纸盒均采用手工操作,普遍存在效率低、质量差、相对成本较高等问题。因此开发一种低成本、自动化的小型包装机,确定包装机的设计要求,拟定包装工艺方案,最后完成包装机的结构设计与可靠性分析,完成首台实物样机的制作,这对于中小企业的服装、食品等轻工行业的包装需求具有重要的现实意义和工程应用价值。 At present,the automation level of high-end packaging industry represented by cigarette boxes,high-grade wine boxes and luxury goods is relatively high,but the cost of packing machines is pretty high as well as the use-maintenance cost,and it is difficult for many small and medium sized enterprises to afford such machines.At the present stage,cartonspackaging is operated by hand in small and medium garment enterprises with low efficiency,poor quality,high costs and so on.Therefore,developing a low-cost,automated small packaging machine,determining the design requirements of the packaging machine,drawing up the packaging process plan,completing the structural design and the first physical prototype have important practical significance and practical engineering value for small and medium-sized enterprises in the garment,food and other light industry.
