摘要
针对广泛应用于航空液压管路系统中航空无扩口导管,在实际挤压成形过程中存在过接触的问题,研究其可能会对无扩口导管密封性能产生不利影响。通过有限元软件对导管挤压成形过程进行仿真计算,得到压入深度和接触压力分布情况。结果表明,导管和槽底刚接触时接触压力峰值最大,可以形成有效的密封环线,过接触和不接触都会对成形质量产生不利影响。合适的槽深设计在接触时能实现接触压力的最优分布。结合仿真和试验,成形压力优化和尺寸参数设计能够确保结构具有更好的安全密封性。
For the aviation flareless tube widely used in aviation hydraulic pipeline system,there is a problem of excessive contact in the actual extrusion process,which may have adverse effects on the sealing performance of flareless tube.The finite element software is used to simulate the tube extrusion process,and the extrusion depth and contact pressure distribution are obtained.The results show that the peak value of contact pressure is the largest when the tube and the groove bottom are just in contact,thus effective seal rings can be formed;and both excessive contact and non-contact will have adverse effects on the extrusion quality.The optimal distribution of contact pressure can be achieved by the appropriate groove depth design when the extrusion is sufficient.Combined with the simulation and experiments,the optimization of forming pressure and the design of dimensional parameters can ensure that the structure has higher safety sealing.
