摘要
目前力矩限制器在履带起重机中主要通过跑空钩的形式获取臂架自重力矩,进而计算实际吊重,计算过程繁琐。针对此问题,提出一种力矩限制器免空钩标定的算法与应用,通过获取臂架长度、臂架角度来计算臂架自重力矩,计算得到的数据可以存储在控制器中。该方法可免除空钩标定,能够提高履带起重机的工作效率和经济效益。
At present,the torque limiter of crawler crane mainly obtains the gravity distance of the boom itself by empty hook and then calculating the actual lifting weight;the calculation process is cumbersome.Aiming at this problem,a type of algorithm and application of free hook calibration for the torque limiter is proposed in this paper.By obtaining the length of the boom and the angle of the main boom,the weight of the boom can be calculated.This application eliminates secondary calibration and greatly increases working efficiency and economic benefits.
