Research and Development of ZJ40DBT Super Single Drag Rig

针对中东地区石油储层浅、钻井周期短、搬家频繁的特点,研发了一套适应中东地区客户的钻机,给出设计方案,通过计算仿真,达到满足API国际标准要求。是一款具有全新设计理念的4000 m快移快装超长单根整托移运的交流变频钻机。该钻机与常规拖挂钻机相比,可实现钻机区井架底座绞车防喷器及防喷器控制房等主机区设备整体移运,运输模块少,拆装更方便。

Aiming at the characteristics of shallow oil reservoir,short drilling cycle and frequent moving in the Middle East region,a set of drilling rig suitable for customers in the Middle East region is developed,and the design scheme is given.Through calculation and simulation,it meets the requirements of API international standard.It is a new design concept of 4000m fast moving and fast loading ultra long single whole support AC variable frequency drilling rig.Compared with the conventional towing rig,the rig can realize the integral transportation of equipment in the main engine area such as derrick substructure winch BOP and BOP control room,with less transportation modules and more convenient disassembly and assembly.
