摘要
医用护目镜镜片是注塑质量要求较高的产品,根据该产品机构的特点,对产品的材质和注塑机进行了选型,确定了分型面的形状和主要注塑工艺参数,设计了注塑模具的浇注、冷却系统和抽芯机构。设计的斜向抽芯结构解决了该产品斜槽难注塑成型的问题。经华塑CAE7.5仿真验证,注塑模设计合理。
Medical goggles lens are products with high quality injection molding.According to the characteristics of the product mechanism,the material and injection molding machine of the product are selected,the shape of the parting surface and the main injection molding process parameters are determined,and the pouring,cooling system and core-pulling mechanism of the injection mold are designed.The design of oblique core-pulling structure solves the problem of difficult injection molding of the product.After simulation of Chinese plastic CAE7.5,the design of injection mould is reasonable.
