摘要 控制系统是实现液压支架功能提升运行效率的关键。以ZTZ/20000/27.5/42型液压支架为基础,对该型号液压支架的整体情况进行了简要概述。基于ZigBee无线通信技术和CAN总线技术对液压支架控制系统整体方案进行了设计,系统可以实现就地控制、远程控制、自动控制等多种功能。对控制系统进行测试并应用,达到了预期效果,提升了设备的运行效率,显著提升了煤矿企业的自动化水平。 The control system is the key to realize the function of hydraulic support and improve the operation efficiency.Based on the ZTZ/20000/27.5/42 hydraulic support,the overall situation of the hydraulic support is briefly summarized.Based on the ZigBee wireless communication technology and CAN bus technology,the overall scheme of the hydraulic support control system is designed.The system can realize various functions such as local control,remote control,and automatic control.The control system is then tested and applied;the result shows that the expected effect is achieved,the operation efficiency of the equipment is improved,and the automation level of coal mining enterprises is significantly improved.
