摘要
应用COMSOL仿真软件构建磷酸铁锂电池的电化学热耦合模型,针对电池组设计具有蛇形通道的冷板液冷结构,对冷却液入口温度、流速和截面形状对电池组冷却效果的影响进行对比分析。结果表明,在边界条件相同的情况下,较低的入口温度和较大的入口流速能带来更好的冷却效果,为电池热管理的液冷方案提供了研究基础。
The electrochemical thermal coupling model of LiFePO4 battery was built by COMSOL simulation software,and the cold plate liquid cooling structure with serpentine channel was designed for the battery pack.The effects of coolant inlet temperature,inlet velocity and section shape on the cooling efficiency of the battery pack were compared and analyzed.The results show that under the same boundary conditions,lower inlet temperature and higher inlet velocity can bring better cooling effect,thus providing a research basis for the liquid cooling scheme of battery thermal management.
