摘要
油浸式变压器短路承受能力试验中需要对变压器进行试验前和试验后吊芯检查,这对试验用起重天车的电机起动有了相应要求。设计研究了试验用变压器吊芯天车三相异步电机软启动器,着眼于优化电机工作性能实现了它的限流起动;使用TC787触发脉冲芯片改变晶闸管触发角,使得导通电压变化,重复测量电流值,重复比较,形成自动控制闭环系统。此设计实现了三相异步电动机的平滑稳定起动,达到了优化三相异步电动机起动过程的目的。
The oil-immersed transformer short-circuit withstand capability test requires the core lifting inspection before and after test of the transformer,which has corresponding requirements for the motor starting of the crane used for test.The soft starter of three-phase asynchronous motor for the test transformer crane is designed and studied,focusing on optimizing working performance of the motor to achieve its current-limiting start;using the TC787 trigger pulse chip to change the trigger angle of the thyristor so as to change the conduction voltage and repeat the measurement,and the current value is repeatedly compared to form an automatic control closed-loop system.The research has realized smooth and stable starting of the three-phase asynchronous motor,and achieved the goal of optimizing the starting process of the three-phase asynchronous motor.
