基于无线网络的矿井远程安全监控系统设计

摘要 针对传统线缆式矿井监控系统灵活程度低、拓展能力差、安全性能小等问题,提出了一种以STM32F407为核心的控制器,采用无线ZigBee传感器网络的远程安全监控系统。介绍了系统整体方案、传感器及主控器件等硬件设备选型、传感数据汇集节点流程和监控系统界面设计等关键功能,对增强煤炭生产过程管控能力,降低煤炭生产安全风险具有一定的推广意义和实用价值。 Aiming at the problems of low flexibility,poor expansion ability and low safety performance of traditional cable mine monitoring system,a remote safety monitoring system based on STM32F407 and wireless ZigBee sensor network is proposed.This paper introduces the overall scheme of the system,the selection of hardware equipment such as sensors and main control devices,the flow of sensor data collection node,the design of monitoring system interface and other key functions,which has certain promotion significance and practical value for enhancing the control ability of coal production process and reducing the safety risk of coal production.
