基于CNKI数据库的我国秸秆降解微生物研究文献计量分析 被引量:4

摘要 为全面了解我国农作物秸秆降解微生物方面的研究现状,采用文献计量学方法,对我国CNKI数据库出版的相关文献(1997—2019年)进行统计,共检索到625篇研究论文,从文献逐年发表数量、资助基金来源、检索关键词、研究层次及研究机构五个方面进行了计量分析。结果表明:从1997—2019年,文献产出量呈逐年递增趋势,在快速发展期,发文量最多为397篇,年均发文量最多可达49.6篇;在该领域研究资助基金中,国家科技支撑和国家自然科学基金两项国家级项目资助发表研究论文分别居第一和第二,论文数量分别可达50篇和48篇,远高于其他基金资助发表论文数量;检索关键词总体分布趋势和分阶段分布有较大差异,反映了研究重点内容随着时代发展发生了变化;基础与应用基础研究占绝对优势,应用技术类研究亟需加强;秸秆降解微生物的发文数量存在地区差异,北方地区所在研究机构数量远高于华中地区。研究结果将为今后开展农作物秸秆微生物降解及资源化利用研究提供参考依据。 In order to understand the progress on research of crop straw degradation microorganisms in China fully,625 research papers were retrieved from the CNKI database of China from 1997 to 2019 by bibliometrics,this paper makes a quantitative analysis from the following five aspects:The number of literature published annually,the source of fund,the key words searched,the level of research,and the research institution.The results showed that the output of literature is increasing year by year from 1997 to 2019,and in the fast developing period,the number of the papers is 397,and the average number of papers is 49.6 per year.The papers which were from the National Science and the National Natural Science of China and other state-level projects are more than other local funds,but the total number of local funds is absolutely dominantly;There are larger difference between the general distribution trend and the distribution by stages,which shows that the research emphasis has changed with the development of the times.The basic and applied basic research is absolutely dominant,and the applied technical research needs to be strengthened.and there are regional differences in the number of papers published by straw degradation microorganisms,the research institutions in the north are far higher than those in central China.The results of this study will provide a reference for the research on microbial degradation and utilization of crop straw.
