摘要
邻二氮菲分光光度法测定微量铁是经典的仪器分析实验,但其涉及的知识点和实验操作技能有限,无法满足新时期人才培养的需求。该文介绍了利用铁离子还原/抗氧化能力法(FRAP法)评价饮品中还原性物质含量实验,通过绘制吸收曲线和标准工作曲线等实验环节,全面提高学生综合运用各种分析方法和实验操作技术的能力,培养学生创新思维能力和处理实际问题能力,帮助学生深刻体会分析化学在人类生活中的实际应用,为学生将来从事科研工作奠定坚实的基础。
Despite that the determination of trace iron by o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry is a classical instrumental analysis experiment,it fails to meet the demands of talent training in the new era due to limited knowledge and operation skills.This paper introduces the experiment of using Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power(FRAP)to evaluate the content of reducing substances in beverages.Drawing absorption curve and standard working curve and other experiment links are conducive to improving the abilities of students to comprehensively use various analytical methods and experimental operation technology,cultivating their innovative thinking and ability to deal with practical problems,providing a better understanding of the practical application of analytical chemistry in human life,and laying a solid foundation for their scientific research in the future.
