软通道穿刺引流术在高血压脑出血患者中的临床效果及对BNP、CRP、Hcy的影响

The Clinical Effect of Soft Channel Puncture and Drainage in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage and Its Influence on BNP, CRP and Hcy

目的:探讨软通道穿刺引流术在高血压脑出血患者中的临床效果及对BNP、CRP、Hcy的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年7月进行治疗的72例高血压脑出血患者作为本研究的对象,根据手术方式分成对照组36例和观察组36例。对照组给予传统开颅手术,观察组采用软通道穿刺引流术。比较两组手术相关指标情况,治疗前后血清BNP、CRP、Hcy水平,治疗前后血清神经损伤标志物水平。结果:治疗后观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,手术过程中的出血量、手术后的血浆引流量均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BNP、CRP、Hcy水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后GFAP、MBP、NSE水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将软通道穿刺引流术用在高血压脑出血治疗中效果显著。有效改善了手术的相关指标,减少患者术后BNP、CRP、Hcy水平,可降低高血压脑出血患者神经损伤程度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of soft channel puncture and drainage in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and its influence on BNP,CRP and Hcy.Method:A total of 72 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the objects of this study,and were divided into control group 36 cases and observation group 36 cases according to the operation method.The control group received traditional craniotomy,and the observation group received soft channel puncture and drainage.Compared the two groups of surgical indicators,serum BNP,CRP,Hcy levels before and after treatment,and serum nerve injury marker levels before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the blood loss during the operation and the blood plasma tube drainage after the operation were all lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The observation group’s BNP,CRP and Hcy levels after treatment were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);GFAP,MBP,and NSE levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of soft channel puncture and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is effective.It can effectively improve the relevant indicators of surgery,reduce the levels of BNP,CRP,and Hcy in patients after surgery,and can reduce the degree of nerve damage in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.It is worthy of popularization and application.
