艾司西酞普兰联合CCBT治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的效果

Effect of Escitalopram Combined with CCBT on Parkinson Disease with Depression

目的:观察艾司西酞普兰联合CCBT治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的疗效。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年9月笔者所在医院接收的帕金森病伴抑郁患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组给予艾司西酞普兰药物治疗和常规治疗;研究组在对照组基础上行加CCBT治疗;经8周治疗后比较两组治疗前后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMA)评分及药物不良反应情况。结果:(1)经治疗后观察组总有效率(90.24%)高于对照组总有效率(73.17%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)经治疗后观察组HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组不良反应发生率为7.32%,对照组为14.63%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在艾司西酞普兰用药基础上联合CCBT治疗可有效改善帕金森病伴发抑郁症状,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of Escitalopram combined with CCBT in the treatment of Parkinson disease with depression.Method:A total of 82 patients with Parkinson disease and depression in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Escitalopram and conventional treatment;the study group was treated with CCBT on the basis of the control group;after 8 weeks of treatment,the Hamilton depression scale (HAMA) scores and adverse drug reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:(1) After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group (90.24%) was higher than 73.17% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) After treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.32%,and that in the control group was 14.63%,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Escitalopram and CCBT can effectively improve the depressive symptoms of Parkinson disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
