弹性髓内钉对小儿长骨骨折术后恢复的影响

Influence of Elastic Intramedullary Nail on the Postoperative Recovery of Children with Long Bone Fracture

目的:探析弹性髓内钉在小儿长骨骨折中的应用意义。方法:前瞻性选取本院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的小儿长骨骨折患儿80例作为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组应用钢板内固定治疗,观察组应用弹性髓内钉治疗。对比两组疗效、预后恢复时间、并发症。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间、负重起始时间、住院时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用弹性髓内钉对小儿长骨骨折患者开展治疗,能够降低手术创伤性,促进患儿预后恢复。

Objective:To explore the significance of elastic intramedullary nail in the application of long bone fracture in children.Method:A total of 80 children with long bone fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were prospectively selected as study subjects.By random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plate internal fixation,the observation group was treated with elastic intramedullary nail.The curative effect,prognosis recovery time and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The fracture healing time,starting time of loading and length of hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of elastic intramedullary nails in the treatment of children with long bone fracture can reduce the surgical trauma and promote the prognosis recovery of children.
