摘要
目的:分析2型糖尿病患者血浆白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、前列腺素2(PGE2)水平与糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法:随机选择2016年10月-2018年10月笔者所在医院治疗的80例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,随机选择同一时期治疗的80例2型糖尿病不合并肾病患者作为对照组,所有患者均给予IL-1β、PGE2及肾脏功能检测。观察两组IL-1β、PGE2水平并进行比较;将观察组按照肾功进行分期,观察不同肾功能分期患者IL-1β、PGE2水平。使用Spearman等级相关分析观察IL-1β、PGE2水平与糖尿病肾病分期的相关性。结果:观察组IL-1β、PGE2水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病肾病分期越高,IL-1β、PGE2水平越高,不同分期糖尿病肾病患者IL-1β、PGE2水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析发现,IL-1β、PGE2水平与糖尿病肾病分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者血浆IL-1β、PGE2水平与糖尿病肾病分期呈正相关,随着病情加重,血浆IL-1β、PGE2水平出现明显升高,因此血浆IL-1β、PGE2水平能够成为糖尿病肾病患者病情发展的检测指标,同时能够为治疗方案的确定和调整提供依据。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between the levels of plasma interleukin 1β (IL-1β),prostaglandin 2 (PGE2) and diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly selected as the observation group,and 80 patients with type 2 diabetes without nephropathy treated in the same period were randomly selected as the control group.All patients were given IL-1β,PGE2 and renal function tests.The levels of IL-1 and PGE2 in the two groups were observed and compared,the patients in the observation group were divided into stages according to renal function,and the levels of IL-1 and PGE2 in patients with different stages of renal function were observed.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to observe the correlation between the levels of multiple IL-1 beta and PGE2 and the staging of diabetic nephropathy.Result:The levels of IL-1β and PGE2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The higher the stage of diabetic nephropathy,the higher the level of IL-1β and PGE2,the levels of IL-1β and PGE2 in diabetic nephropathy patients with different stages were significantly different (P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that IL-1β and PGE2 levels were positively correlated with diabetic nephropathy stage (P<0.05).Conclusion:The plasma levels of IL-1beta and PGE2 are positively correlated with the stage of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.With the aggravation of diabetic nephropathy,the plasma levels of IL-1β and PGE2 are significantly increased.Therefore,the plasma levels of IL-1β and PGE2 can be used as indicators of the development of diabetic nephropathy,and can also be used to determine the treatment plan,and provide basis for adjustment.
