中医护理方案在脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of TCM Nursing Scheme in Patients with Stomachache of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

目的:探究中医护理方案在脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2018年7月-2020年6月收治的脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者160例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组(2018年7月-2019年7月,80例)与观察组(2019年8月-2020年6月,80例),两组均给予常规护理,观察组联合中医护理方案。比较两组护理前后胃脘疼痛评分(visual analog scale,VAS)、中医症状评分(胃脘或脘腹胀满、胃脘疼痛、嗳气反酸)、生活质量(short form 36 questionnaire,SF-36)及护理满意度。结果:护理前两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组中医症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组各项症状评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组SF-36评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率(96.25%)高于对照组(76.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理方案在脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者中的应用可缓解胃脘疼痛,改善临床症状,提升生活质量与护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of TCM nursing scheme in patients with stomachache due to spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Method:A total of 160 patients with stomachache of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the control group (80 cases from July 2018 to July 2019) and the observation group (80 cases from August 2019 to June 2020) according to the order of admission,both groups were given routine nursing,the observation group combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan.The epigastric pain score (VAS),TCM symptom score (epigastric or epigastric fullness,epigastric pain,belching acid regurgitation),quality of life (short form 36 questionnaire,SF-36) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Result:There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05),the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups (P>0.05),after nursing,the symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the SF-36 score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05),the SF-36 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group (96.25%) was higher than that in the control group (76.25%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme in patients with stomachache with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type can relieving epigastric pain,improving clinical symptoms,improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
