乳腺癌术后癌因性疲乏的团体干预研究

A Study of Group Intervention for Cancer Related Fatigue after Breast Cancer Surgery

目的:探究乳腺癌术后癌因性疲乏的团体干预的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月在本院接受手术治疗的60例乳腺癌术后患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采取常规护理措施,试验组采取团体干预,对比两组疲乏程度、生存质量和自我护理能力。结果:试验组疲乏程度低于对照组,生存质量和自我护理能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌术后患者进行癌因性疲乏的团体干预,可消除或缓解乳腺癌术后患者的疲乏程度,减轻或消除患者自身痛苦和给家庭带来的困扰,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of group intervention on cancer related fatigue after breast cancer surgery.Method:A total of 60 postoperative breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital for surgical treatment from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the experimental group received group intervention.The fatigue degree,quality of life and self-care ability in the two groups were recorded and compared.Result:The fatigue degree of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life and self-care ability were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Group intervention on cancer related fatigue for patients after breast cancer surgery can eliminate or alleviate the fatigue degree of patients after breast cancer surgery,alleviate or eliminate the pain of patients themselves and the troubles brought to the family,improve their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
