单孔腹腔镜手术对异位妊娠患者β-hCG、E2水平及输卵管的影响

Effect of Single Port Laparoscopic Surgery on β-hCG, E Levels and Fallopian Tube in Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨单孔腹腔镜手术对异位妊娠患者绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)、雌二醇(E2)水平的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院妇产科2018年6月-2020年5月纳入治疗的86位异位妊娠患者,按奇偶数分组法分为常规组和研究组,各43例。常规组患者接受普通腹腔镜手术治疗,研究组接受单孔腹腔镜手术治疗,观察两组患者的激素水平和输卵管通畅情况。结果:术后研究组的β-hCG、E2水平低于常规组(P<0.05),抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)的降低程度低于常规组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),输卵管通畅情况优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:单孔腹腔镜手术可降低异位妊娠患者的激素水平,对卵巢功能影响较小,通畅输卵管的效果更佳。

Objective:To investigate the effect of single port laparoscopic surgery on the levels of chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) and estradiol (E2) in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Method:A total of 86 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were included in the treatment from June 2018 to May 2020 in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital were selected and divided into the routine group and the research group according to the odd and even number grouping method,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group received ordinary laparoscopic surgery,and the study group received single-port laparoscopic surgery.The hormone levels and fallopian tube patency of the two groups were observed.Result:The postoperativeβ-hCG and E2 levels of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group (P<0.05),the degree of reduction of anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) was lower than that of the conventional group (P>0.05),and the tubal patency was better than routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Single port laparoscopic surgery can reduce the hormone levels in patients with ectopic pregnancy,and has less effect on ovarian function,and has a better effect of unblocking fallopian tubes.
